Around the Table: Nourishing Families is a curriculum that upholds principles of trauma- informed engagement and nourishment. Participants enjoy conversation, reflection, cooking, sharing a meal together, and learning holistic skills to care for their family’s nutritional well-being. This is a six-week curriculum designed for groups of 10-14 adults raising children. It can be conducted in community spaces with or without a kitchen.

This curriculum provides youth with the opportunity to engage their leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, service learning, and strategic-thinking skills to address issues that that affect their communities, ultimately resulting in community change.

Teaches the world of gardening with hands-on activities, worksheets, rhythms, and reading passages formatted for standardized tests. Includes life skills and career exploration, culminates with service learning projects and certification as a Junior Master Gardener.

There are other curriculum that are not nutrition focused, however, they can be used to support direct education activities. These curriculum are: 'Literature in the Garden' and 'Health and Nutrition from the Garden'.
