Program includes student workbooks, teacher lesson plans and family newsletters targeting grades 4,5, and 6. There are 6 monthly lessons/grade level focusing on 6 different fruits and vegetables. HOTM is a standardized curriculum. The lessons promote a healthy lifestyle, including eating more fruits and vegetables, choosing healthy beverages, and engaging in physical activity, in addition to increasing awareness of local agriculture. The lessons are linked to the National English Language Arts and Math CC standards and where applicable to the NGSS and California Nutrition competencies.

An interactive, four-lesson program that empowers students to take small steps to better eating and healthier habits. Can be delivered asynchronous or synchronous.
