14 lessons with PowerPoints.
5 core lessons identified by Drexel University Nutrition Education Program.  These lessons should be taught in the following sequence:
• Build a Healthy Plate
• Fast Food: Figuring Out the Facts
• Choosing Healthy Beverages
• Calcium and Vitamin D
• Understanding Energy Balance  
The remaining lessons can be taught as time allows.

The five core lessons have been adapted for the virtual environment.

The Eagle Adventure is a type 2 diabetes education and prevention program for students in 1st- 3rd grades. The program is made up of seven visits to the school throughout the semester (six  are in-class and one  assembly  where Eagle Play is presented).  Lessons incorporate Native American culture and language (for the Chickasaw Nation). Healthy eating and PA preschool curriculum containing 12 required Circle Time lessons and six (6) Color Me Active (Imaginary Trips).  Imaginary trips must be used to enhance Circle Time lessons creating an interactive experience.  Kits are available for purchase and include a teacher’s guide, parent newsletters, posters, and songbook. Teacher training is required.

BE Physically Active 2 Day (BEPA 2.0) is a classroom-based physical activity program aligned to national health education (HE) and physical education (PE) standards for grades K-5. BEPA 2.0 includes over 50 unique, brain-boosting physical activities that teachers can use to reinforce grade-level movement skills and competencies and teach health education and physical education literacy. It can be used inside and outside of the classroom, and works great before, during, or after school. $35 online training per educator;$50 Toolkit; $25 sets of activity cards in English and Spanish.

A single lesson, 8 page workbook based on the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans. The workbook shows the connection between PA, food choices and health. Provides an overview of shopping tips for preparing balanced meals, portion control, label reading, food diary, & tips for getting more daily PA.
